It required a hard, prolonged push in December but I did manage to reach my fitness goal of running 1,000 miles in 2017.

I'm still forming my 2018 goal. Whatever that goal will shape up to be, it does include tracking calories as I've agreed to a competition with my good friend from university: Felix Breukel. Whoever has burned the most calories exercising by the end of 2018 and the most calories week over week wins.
