Atomic Blonde

Recently I got to watch Atomic Blonde in the theater with work and to my surprise liked it a lot more than I thought I would.

The movie's pace and intrigue are on point. It was great to see a female lead kick ass like a female James Bond. She reminded me a bit of Lara Croft in Lara Croft: Tomb Raider. Didn't care much for the gratuitous violence and sex. Too Hollywood for my taste.

Atomic Blonde Soundtrack

I especially liked the soundtrack. Perhaps not a surprise, given that I grew up in the 80's in The Netherlands and thus know (and love) many of the songs in the soundtrack. Have a listen.
