Brush with a celebrity?
Life at Twitter can be surreal at times.
That exchange I had w/ someone claiming to be en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashley_Ol… a while ago? Wanting a verified @twitter account? Was fake. Tweets gone?!

A couple of weeks ago a Twitter user contacted me on Twitter asking how to get a verified account. Her profile claimed to her to be Ashley Olson, one of the Olson twins made famous by the 80's TV series Full House.
So I pointed her to Twitter's Verified Accounts Help Page. Not satisfied that Verified Accounts is currently closed to the public this Ashley continued to barage me with more tweets surging me to get her a verified account. She relented after about an hour, perhaps it was her ADHD.
I found the whole thing amusing. Wondering if this had been a brush with star dom. Did I just experience classic Hollywood diva behavior? Or was it a fake trying to ride the tailcoats of a celebrity?
As looked through my tweet stream in preparation for this post, I couldn't find any record of the (public) exchange on Twitter. I presume the fake account was shut down, taking all tweets to and from the account with it.
